Lizzy Fretwell is a writer, performer, director, and community arts practitioner from and based in Luton. She is currently studying a Masters Degree in Creative Health at University College London and is the Collaboration Manager at the LCF Warm Hub in Luton Christian Fellowship, a project funded by Luton Borough Council. Co-Director of Holding Space Collective, a multi-media arts company whose debut Arts Council England funded project ‘Who Are You…Really?’ culminated in an immersive film exhibition in May 2022, featuring interviews with Luton residents aged under 25 and over 60. She has written and performed spoken word pieces in both the arts and faith space, tackling a range of topics from singleness to fatherhood to women’s safety.
