After Communion Prayer - Slides

This is a "Post Communion Prayer" of the Church of England's liturgy for Holy Communion. The text is available here.

This prayer is presented in an attractive visual format. You could use it alongside the RESOUNDworship "Songs for Sundays" material, including the songs Living Bread, Jesus You Call Us to This Your Table, and Send Us Out (this last song has paraphrased a number of words from the prayer).
