Timo Scharnowski

Timo is a songwriter and worship leader and has an MA in Christianity and the Arts from Kings College London. He and his wife Gemma established our Evergreen project, and he is part of the Evergreen Leadership Team.

Gemma Scharnowski

Gemma is a singer, songwriter, worship leader and visual artist; and is part of the team at Engage Worship. She co-leads Evergreen and also works part time for 24-7 Prayer.

Sara Hargreaves

Sara co-leads Engage Worship, drawing from her experience in music, worship and youthwork. She is author of a number of books including Whole Life Worship (IVP 2017) and The Rest Is Worship (MWF 2023). Sara is also a mum of two wonderful children and they all live in groovy Luton.

Sam Hargreaves

Sam co-leads Engage Worship. He is a guest lecturer at London School of Theology and has an MA in Contemporary Worship, and is part of RESOUNDworship.org.
