Timo is part of the team at Engage Worship. He is a songwriter and a worship leader and has an MA in Christianity and the Arts from Kings College London. With his wife Gemma he co-leads Evergreen.

Gemma Scharnowski

Gemma is a singer, songwriter, worship leader and visual artist; and is part of the team at Engage Worship. She co-leads Evergreen and also works part time for 24-7 Prayer.

Sara Hargreaves

Sara co-leads Engage Worship, drawing from her experience in music, worship and youthwork. She is author of a number of books including Whole Life Worship (IVP 2017) and The Rest Is Worship (MWF 2023). Sara is also a mum of two wonderful children and they all live in groovy Luton.

Sam Hargreaves

Sam co-leads Engage Worship. He is a guest lecturer at London School of Theology and has an MA in Contemporary Worship, and is part of RESOUNDworship.org.
