A day of worship, equipping and community for worship leaders.

Join us as we gather for our autumn retreat day! We're looking forward to hanging out, worshipping together and being refueled by God at Kings Church Amersham.

We'll be continuing our 2026 theme of Abide, this time focussing on "Abide in Sorrow". We'll explore how we might lead worship from a place of pain, and look at the biblical idea of lament. But don't worry - it's not going to be a big downer! We'll be looking at these things in an atmosphere of worship, community and God's gentle grace.

We’ll kick off at 10am with coffee/tea and a chance to catch up. There will be plenty of time to worship together, as well as to learn from and encourage one another.

10:00 - Arrival
10:30 - Worship
11:30 - Session 1
12:30 - Break for lunch (bring your own)
13:30 - Session 2
15:00 - Worship, Prayer, Ministry

We'll be meeting at Kings' Church Amersham, HP6 6LX, which is just 10 minutes' drive from the M25, and is connected to the London Underground by the Metropolitan line. It's a 20 min walk or 4 min drive from Amersham Station, which has regular tube and train connections to Baker St. and London Paddington.
