Praise the Lord
This is a song written by Sam. We've used it in all age settings and adult settings, and the congregations have found it easy to pick up and singable. It encourages us to think of worship as more than just what we sing. Listen to the song below, and sign in to download the sheet music.
With thanks to Elfi Bohl who allowed us to use the sample of her song 'Barakoo', from the WEC International CD 'Many Voices, One Song'. The instrument is a West African Kora, and the loop inspired the writing of the song in the first place.
(We don't do the "Count Me In" events talked about in the video below, but it shows you how we recorded it and our vision for inclusive worship...)
We're happy for you to do that - read this article for more information.
Thanks for downloading this free resource.
If you want to show your appreciation for Engage's resources, this month we're asking you to consider making a gift to our partners Selah in Albania. They do amazing worship training on a very tight budget and you can make a difference!
Read more about their work in this article and visit their website to make a secure donation via Stewardship. Thank you.
