Sometimes we believe the lie that our bodies are unimportant, that it’s our minds that matter and that we can ignore whatever we sense in our bodies. Especially when it comes to fear, we might detect its manifestations in our minds much easier than in our bodies.

This episode was created specifically for those times when we feel anxious and fearful and it seeks to adress this in a wholistic way. By contemplating biblical truths and by using symbolic, physical movements, we are invited to find refuge in God.
