1 Cor 12:12-27 Two Active Readings
Here are two active versions of 1 Corinthians 12:12-27. The first is a simple but fun one Sara created for an outdoor Churches Together service in Luton.
She explained to the congregation that when they hear a word read, they make the following response:
- "Part(s)" - wiggle a body part.
- "Body" - grab the hands of two people around you (or other appropriate contact).
- "One" - hold up pointing finger and shout "one!"
- Any named body part - point to this part on your body.
Angela Bryan has made a more visual version which includes a PowerPoint. Download the "Church is Body" files to see how you can engage with this text in a spoken and visual way. Or combine the two ideas in a way that works for you!

If you want to show your appreciation for Engage's resources, this month we're asking you to consider making a gift to our partners Selah in Albania. They do amazing worship training on a very tight budget and you can make a difference!
Read more about their work in this article and visit their website to make a secure donation via Stewardship. Thank you.
