This Time Tomorrow

Hearing life stories from the ordinary Joe and Joanne in the congregation is a great way to remind us that God is alive, active and in the neighbourhood. I have introduced a themed, regular slot in the service called "this time tomorrow" where an  individual is asked what they will be doing 'this time tomorrow' and subsequent helpful questions to find out about their day, life, struggles, faith in practice and how they can be encouraged and supported by the rest of the church community. It is great way of earthing worship and mission as 24/7 lifestyle.

Attached is a powerpoint slide that can be put up during this slot in your service

Ruth studied Theology, Music and Worship at London School of Theology and enjoys developing creative worship ideas for use in the local church, as well as regional and national Baptist events. She joined the team at Thornhill Baptist Church as Senior Minister in January 2009.
