1st-7th March is 'One Voice', Global Poverty Prayer Week 2010', and our friends at Tearfund Youth and Students have partnered with 24-7 prayer to produce some amazing resources to help you to pray for our broken world. http://www.tearfund.org/youth gives you loads of brilliant ideas and resources for running prayer rooms, stations or intercessions in services - you can either run a whole week of prayer or just use one or two of the ideas in your existing services at any time of the year. 
There are instructions and print-out sheets for interactive Prayer Pods on issues like HIV, Climate Change and Water and Sanitation, a downloadable Seven Day Prayer Guide.
Whether you do this in the time suggested or in other seasons of the year, lets be sure that our worship includes crying out to God for his world, and that our lives our worship as we live them with the least in mind. These resources are a great help to start us on that journey.
Sam co-leads engageworship.org with his wife Sara. He completed the LST degree in Theology, Music and Worship, and now teaches in the department two days per week. He also co-leads RESOUNDworship.org, the free worship song website, and has led musical and creative worship at events like Spring Harvest, New Wine North and the Baptist Assembly alternative stream. Their book 'How would Jesus lead worship' was published by BRF in 2009.
